Yoga conditioning | Duration : 30 Minutes

The lunchtime yoga conditioning if one of the best ways to spend your lunch hour, we use traditional yoga techniques mixed with strength training for a full body workout.

Abs Blitz | Duration : 30 Minutes

If you want to flatten your abs and fast, this is the class for you, an intense 1/2 an hour all dedicated to your abdominal area.

Callanetics | Duration : 1 Hour

Drop a dress size in 10 classes with small precise movements, based on ballet training designed to re-shape the body dramatically and fast!

Tuesday

WTTS Functional toning | Duration : 45 Minutes

This is where we put our toning into practice with this functional toning class, we will challenge the body with Callanetics pulses, plank variations, abdominal holds and pliet variations. Fantastic class with dramatic results.

Hip & Thigh Blitz | Duration : 30 Minutes

Trainer - Keira Thorley

If you want to change the shape of your lower body and fast, this is the class to do it. An intense ½ hour of work focused on the lower body.

Callanetics Evolution | Duration : 1 Hour

Evolution, this is the progression of the original Callanetics programme where the choreography of the class evolves.

Soma Balance | Duration : 1 Hour

This class is based on the Ashtanga yoga sequence. We will be working towards specific yoga balances each week. It will be enjoyable, challenging and you will see positive improvements in your physical and mental wellbeing.

Wednesday

WTTS style, a lunchtime blast of Callanetics, get toned, stretched and relaxed ready for the afternoon.

Callanetics with balls | Duration : 1 Hour

We will be doing classic Callanetics with weighted toning balls. The weights give you that extra challenge, however the toning results are faster and deeper!

Thursday

Morning Tonic | Duration : 45 Minutes

A fantastic way to start your day. This Callanetics class stretches and strengthens to awaken the body followed by a yoga relaxation at the end to centre your mind. This rejuvenates your system making you ready to take on the day ahead.

Cardio Callanetics | Duration : 30 Minutes

Trainer - Keira Thorley

An energising rhythmic workout that integrates ballet and yoga into a fluid and continuous low impact session. Consistent with the principles of Callanetics, Cardio Callanetics represents a non-traditional approach to aerobics.

Super Callanetics | Duration : 30 Minutes

Extreme toning with super results. We dial it up in this class and really push our boundaries!

Friday

WTTS Functional fitness | Duration : 1 Hour

This tailor made class has been designed to promote functional movements which are used on a daily basis. Squats, single leg balances and rotational balances will all be used to promote a healthy functioning body.
