The Body Blitz!

Time to start your 2017 with a new sculpted, empowered and belter of a body in just 2 weeks! At Walk the Talk Studios we are now offering you the Callanetics “Body Blitz”. Over 2 weeks you will attend 10 Callanetics classes, get measured and photographed before and after. You will be amazed at the results, your body will literally change shape, loose inches in front of your eyes, in record time, plus you will feel absolutely wonderful!

The Body Blitz is just £60. You get, 10 Callanetics classes that must be done over 2 weeks, measured before and after giving you evidence based results (photographed – optional). The person who looses the most inches in January wins a special prize 🙂

The Body Blitz is included as part of the Walk the Talk Studios membership which is £55 per month if you sign up in January (Minimum 6 month contract)


6pm – Callanetics – Drop a dress size in 10 classes with small precise movements, based on ballet training designed to re-shape the body dramatically and fast!

12 noon – Lunchtime Ashtanga yoga – take time out from the office or your day, move and stretch with this lovely class and go back feeling rejuvenated for the afternoon
6pm – Callanetics – 10 years younger in 10 hours, this is the original Callanetics programme where we will focus on the classic Callanetics moves


6pm – Callanetics – Evolution, this is the progression of the original programme where the choreography of the class evolves. 

6.15pm – Super Callanetics – extreme toning with super results. We dial it up in this class and really push our boundaries!
7.15pm – YoCa Move Empower Relax ™ –  This classic YoCa class is a balance of yoga, deep conditioning  and meditation. An excellent choice if you want an all round stretch, tone and relax at the end of a hard day.

10.30am –  Callanetics “Walk the Talk Studios” Style, where we get very creative with the choreography of the class and add in a beautiful, well earned restorative relaxation for the end of our workout week.
