You will be introduced to yoga, its concepts and benefits for health, wellbeing and overall fitness.
The program will teach you the basic yoga poses, sun salutations, standing yoga postures and about body alignment. You will learn breathing exercises and you will enjoy a deep relaxation in each session to benefit the whole body.
During the program we will look at how yoga can help you to de-stress, loose weight and prevent disease by consistent practice.
